POSITION:                                                     Nurse's Assisting Instructor(FT - 10 Month)

SITE/BUILDING:                                           To be determined (Suffolk County, NY)

ASSIGNMENT:                                              Department of Career, Technical and Adult Education

START DATE:                                               September 1, 2024

MINIMUM STARTING SALARY:                   $55,966.00

* Minimum starting salary rates are established per 2023-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).  2024-2025 compensation rates will follow CBAs when available.

Job Qualifications

• NYS Nurse’s Assisting 7-12 Certification or eligible for Transitional A Certification

• Must be a current NYS Licensed Registered Nurse
• CPR Trainer Certification preferred
• 3-5 years industry experience
• 1-3 years teaching experience
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
