Job Description

POSITION:                 Literacy Vocational Advisor – Day/Evening (PT)

 

SITE/BUILDING:       Bay Shore Adult Education Center, Bayshore

                                   Bixhorn Technical Center, Bellport

                                   Ward Technical Center, Riverhead                                                              

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Adult Education students in developing an academic and career plan
• BEST Plus/TABE testing of all students
• Complete all required Literacy paperwork

START DATE:             As soon as possible

 

SALARY:                   $42.49/hour

Job Qualifications

• NYS School Counselor 7-12 Certification
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentjfri
