Job Description

POSITION:                 Registered School Nurse (PT) - Comsewogue

 

PROGRAM:               Serve as a nurse of the ESBOCES School Year Enrichment Program in various locations in Comsewogue UFSD K-5 buildings.

 

LOCATION:               Port Jefferson Station, NY

 

HOURS:                     Range between 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. daily for morning session,

                                    Range between 2:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. daily for afternoon session

                                    Monday - Friday, September – June

 

   ***  Applicants may apply for either the morning, afternoon, or both sessions depending on their availability     ***

                                                                       

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide necessary health care to the K-5 students participating in the ESBOCES School Year Enrichment Programs; including following health and safety guidelines outlined by the district
• Provide communication with parents, staff, and ESBOCES School Year Enrichment Director

START DATE:           September 7, 2023

SALARY:                   $34.00/hour (when school is in session)

• Appropriate NYS Certification
