Job Description

ASSIGNMENT:     Supported Employment

SITE/BUILDING:   Islip Office Center, Oakdale, NY

                                     Roanoke House, Riverhead, NY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Non-traditional work hours based on consumer need (typically 5-10 hours/week)
• Provide on-site job coaching, skills training and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County (days, evenings, and weekends)
• Provide work-related social skills training, employer training as needed and perform job development
• Completion of time sensitive documentation as required by funding sources

START DATE:            As soon as possible

SALARY:                    $22.25/hour

 

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and Microsoft Office competency.
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
