Job Description

POSITION:                             Summer Enrichment STEM Coordinator (PT) – Central Islip

ASSIGNMENT:                      July 1, 2024 – July 31, 2024

SITE/BUILDING:                   Francis J. O’Neill Elementary School                                                               

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Summer Enrichment Principal
• Provide STEM activities and support for students entering grade 1-6

 

Important to note that you MUST be in attendance on the following dates:

REVISED Orientation:  June 27, 2024 & June 28, 2024

REVISED (Orientation hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Program runs from July 1, 2024 – July 31, 2024 (program closed July 4^th & 5^th)

REVISED (Program hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.*)

*One Coordinator will work 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. each day as determined by seniority.

THESE POSITIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND DISTRICT COMMITMENT FOR SUMMER SERVICES

 

START DATE:                       Monday, July 1, 2024

SALARY RANGE:     $61.00/hour

Job Qualifications

• Appropriate NYS Certification required or Appropriate NYS License required
