Job Description

POSITION:           Summer Enrichment Registration Liaison (PT) (Bay Shore, Bayport-Blue Point, Comsewogue, Connetquot)

ASSIGNMENT:    Off Season:  March 14, 2025 - June 30, 2025

                             Summer:     As needed from July 1, 2025 – August 15, 2025                         

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Summer Enrichment registration team in the Arbiter registration system
• Works closely with District Office Administration, ESBOCES Administration, and clerical staff
• Job responsibilities include:  answering phones, assisting with Summer Enrichment parent inquiries, registration paperwork, contacting parents, serve as a liaison between ESBOCES Summer Enrichment Program staff and the District

Hours:  To be determined based on availability

Programs closed July 4, 2025

THESE POSITIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND DISTRICT COMMITMENT FOR SUMMER SERVICES

SALARY RANGE:       $21.50/hour
