Job Description

Position: Senior Account Clerk          

Location: Business Services/Accounts Payable
James Hines Administration Center                                            

Responsibilities:                          

• Create and maintain extensive spreadsheets detailing the terms of copier contracts for all of ESBOCES and various vendors that lease and sell copiers. Process all copier payments for the agency.
• Work with various programs and vendors to ensure payments are made in a timely manner and resolve any issues that arise. Assist personnel in preparing copier purchase orders. Maintain Business Office copier maintenance.
• Rotate weekly Senior check run duties within Accounts Payable. Supervise an account clerk as needed

Salary: $60,431 plus $599 title stipend (per UPSEU contractual guidelines)

Start Date: ASAP
