Position: Summer Laborer (per diem)

                                               

Location: Central Support Services/Textbooks Center / Commack, Westhampton Beach

 

Responsibilities:

• Collect and hand out textbooks to non-public school parents and guardians
• Answer phones, provide customer service, and work on computers; some handling of money
• Check in deliveries, put books on shelves, and pull books for students

 

Salary: $17.00/hr

 

Start Date: June 1, 2026

• Eligible to be appointed by Civil Service
