Position: Director of Facilities III

                                   

Location: Operations and Maintenance / Barton Avenue Armory

 

Responsibilities:               

• Oversee facilities management, plant operations, and capital project activities for all ESBOCES locations, both owned and leased.
• Supervise, support, and develop all Operations & Maintenance staff.
• Manage and monitor building systems and daily facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities.
• Assist in the planning and oversight of capital projects and facility alterations.
• Develop and manage department budgets, contracts, and purchasing activities.
• Serve as a senior advisor to Agency leadership, fostering collaboration and ensuring regulatory compliance.

 

Salary: $185,000 (per non-represented guidelines)

 

Start Date: June 1, 2026
