Job Description

Position: Network and Systems Technician (2 positions) / One position M-F, 8 am – 4pm; One position M-F, 11 am – 7pm

                              

Location: Office of Technology Integration / Edward J. Milliken Technical Center

                                        

Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, support, and maintenance of PC’s, networks, servers, office equipment, training labs, and various peripheral equipment and related software,
• Assist in evaluation, configuration and inventory of PC’s and network-related hardware, equipment and software.
• Diagnose computer and network problems; assist in resolving problems
• Support end users via telephone, remote or onsite service calls. Refer problems to appropriate staff when necessary.
• Evaluate system configuration requirements; recommend appropriate equipment; inventory equipment upon delivery.

 

Salary: $72,789 (per CSEA contractual guidelines)

 

Start Date: ASAP
