Job Description

Position: Senior Account Clerk

           

Location: Regional Information Center / Instructional Support Center @ Sequoya

 

Responsibilities:                          

• Setup and maintain complex record keeping of procurement projects electronically and in paper format, prepare and provide monthly budget reconciliations for Principal Account Clerk.
• Resolve invoicing issues and communicate with vendors and internal departments via written and verbal communications.
• Assist with day-to-day office and clerical duties, including but not limited to: document review and proofreading, coordinating assignments and activities with other staff, organize, copy, filing, answering phone calls, and other day-to-day tasks.

 

Salary: $62,244 plus $599 title stipend (per UPSEU contractual guidelines)

 

Start Date: ASAP

Job Qualifications
