Job Description

POSITION:                 Program Administrator for School Data Bank Services (FT, 12-month)

ESBOCES is seeking a Program Administrator to provide leadership in the development, coordination, and delivery of School Data Bank Services and Assessment Services throughout the Region. 

ASSIGNMENT:          School Data Bank Services - Department of Educational Support Services

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise a team of expert teachers serving as Staff Developers/Shared Data Experts and coordinate district assignments by aligning staff expertise and program services with the needs of participating districts. 
• Oversee the design and delivery of professional development, data analysis, and assessment scoring services for Suffolk Region component districts and other private institutions, as requested.
• Program evaluation, budget oversight, and collaboration with the Director of Educational Support Services to ensure responsive, high-quality programs and services.
• Support the Director in coordinating and implementing NY Inspires initiatives across the Region.

START DATE:           November 19, 2026

SALARY:                   $158,375.00

Job Qualifications

• NYS SDA/SDL Certification
• Five (5) years of administrative experience
