Job Description

POSITION:                 Hourly Job Coach (PT)

PROGRAM:               Supported Employment

SITE/BUILDING:       Islip Office Center, Oakdale NY

                                   Roanoke House, Riverhead, NY                                    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Non-traditional work hours based on consumer needs (typically 5-10 hours/week)
• Provide onsite job coaching, skills training, and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County, NY (days, evenings, and weekends)
• Provide work-related social skills training and employer training as needed, and perform job development
• Completion of time-sensitive documentation as required by funding source
• Must have strong organization and time management skills
• Proficiency in writing skills and Microsoft Office

START DATE:             July 1, 2026 and ongoing for the 2026-2027 school year

SALARY RANGE:       $24.57 - $25.78/hour

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
