Contact all Sayville parents/guardians/students who have not shown-up to the Regional Summer School Program the first couple of days -

Assist ESBOCES Regional Summer School Administrator with registration and enrollment, review of student transcripts, scheduling questions and communication with Bay Shore students, and Consortium and Non-Consortium district contact when needed -
Must be familiar with Infinite Campus and assist our Technology Support colleague when needed -
Have oversight of all Bay Shore students to make sure they are registered in the correct classes and August Regents examinations -
Check all the Bay Shore Non-Grads to make sure they are enrolled in all of the necessary classes for a potential August graduation -
Work with any late registrants to ensure that they are correctly registered and enrolled -
Contact all Bay Shore parents/guardians/students who have not shown-up to the Regional Summer School Program the first couple of days -
Other responsibilities as per the Summer School Administration as there will be many students from other districts who will need assistance -
