RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reports to ESBOCES Regional Summer School Administrator(s) and Principal
  • Recommends Hiring of Teachers and Support Staff
  • Provides direct supervision of ESBOCES Regional Summer School Instructional Program delivery by conducting classroom observations, walkthroughs, and supports the administration of the August Regents examinations
  • Work collaboratively with Summer School administrative team to facilitate August Regents Examination
  • Assists the Principal of the ESBOCES Regional Summer School Program with the Close-Out process
  • Communicates clearly with all staff, administrators and parents/guardians before, during and after the ESBOCES Regional Summer School program concludes
  • Demonstrates experience and comfort in consistently upholding the Student Code of Conduct and addressing student behavior in alignment with established policies and practices
  • Completes additional duties as assigned by the Principal to ensure student needs are met and the Summer School Program is delivered effectively
 
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
  • Responsibilities related to planning will begin as soon as successful candidates are identified.  Start date approximately May 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist ESBOCES Regional Summer School Administrator with registration and enrollment, review of student transcripts, scheduling questions and communication with Sayville students, and Consortium and Non-Consortium district contact when needed
  • Must be familiar with Infinite Campus and assist our Technology Support colleague when needed
  • Have oversight of all Sayville students to make sure they are registered in the correct classes and August Regents examinations
  • Check all the Sayville Non-Grads to make sure they are enrolled in all of the necessary classes for a potential August graduation
  • Work with any late registrants to ensure that they are correctly registered and enrolled
  • Contact all Sayville parents/guardians/students who have not shown-up to the Regional Summer School Program the first couple of days
  • Other responsibilities as per the Summer School Administration as there will be many students from other districts who will need assistance
  • Communicates with all staff, administrators, and parents/guardians when called upon to do so

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist ESBOCES Regional Summer School Administrator with registration and enrollment, review of student transcripts, scheduling questions and communication with Bay Shore students, and Consortium and Non-Consortium district contact when needed
  • Must be familiar with Infinite Campus and assist our Technology Support colleague when needed
  • Have oversight of all Bay Shore students to make sure they are registered in the correct classes and August Regents examinations
  • Check all the Bay Shore Non-Grads to make sure they are enrolled in all of the necessary classes for a potential August graduation
  • Work with any late registrants to ensure that they are correctly registered and enrolled
  • Contact all Bay Shore parents/guardians/students who have not shown-up to the Regional Summer School Program the first couple of days
  • Other responsibilities as per the Summer School Administration as there will be many students from other districts who will need assistance
  • Communicates with all staff, administrators, and parents/guardians when called upon to do so
