Position: Assistant Plant Facilities Administrator (contingent)

 

Location: Operations and Maintenance / Barton Avenue Armory

 

Responsibilities:               

  • Provide experienced administrative oversight and support for the Custodial, Operations & Maintenance, Health & Safety, and Security departments.
  • Supervise and manage the maintenance / custodial staff and work flow. Provide support and mentoring to the Custodial, Maintenance and Grounds supervisors and staff.
  • Provide oversight of project managers, vendors, and construction projects.
  • Assist the Director of Facilities in collaborating with Purchasing and ESBOCES Programs on Agency and co-op bids.

 

Salary: $168,142 (per non-represented guidelines)

Principal Account Clerk - O+M

Position: Principal Account Clerk / M-F, 7:30 am – 3:30 am    

 

Location: Operations and Maintenance / Barton Avenue Armory

 

Responsibilities:               

  • Report and transact general ledger accounts; process all budget increases and decreases and prepare purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and submit O&M agenda information for Board Meetings.
  • Post capital transfers and reconciliation budget codes in financial software. Compile, prepare, and review financial reports.
  • Coordinate the hiring and interview process for positions under the Director of Facilities supervision.
  • Generate purchase orders and compile appropriate supporting documents and reconcile/process invoices.

 

Salary: $64,551 plus a $599 title stipend (per UPSEU contractual guidelines)
