POSITION:                 Divisional Administrator for Career, Technical, and Adult Education

The Divisional Administrator directly supervises CTE programs, including Adult CTE, Health Sciences, Adult Literacy, Incarcerated Education, and funded programs.  This position also directly supports key internal ESBOCES initiatives.  This leader must be highly organized, efficient, and able to effectively support a fast-paced office environment with a wide range of services and responsibilities.

ASSIGNMENT:          CTE – Adult Education

LOCATION:                Holtsville, NY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, supervise, and support a diverse team of administrators and staff across Career, Technical, and Adult Education programs
  • Oversee Adult Education programs, including:  Adult CTE, Health Sciences, Adult Literacy, Incarcerated Education, and funded programs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Assess and refine curriculum to ensure alignment with state and federal standards
  • Develop and carryout action plans related to Strategic Planning, including: data collection and progress monitoring of strategic goals
  • Oversee budget development, fiscal management, and resource allocation for assigned programs
